About the site at this stage
This site is currently informational. It exists to describe the company, to satisfy Apple App Store and Google Play marketing-URL requirements, and to host our privacy and contact pages. The Anthology iOS application is forthcoming and will be governed by its own End-User License Agreement at the point of installation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity of this site or its infrastructure,
- copy, scrape, or harvest content for purposes that violate the rights of others,
- impersonate Anthology Studios or any other person,
- use this site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Anthology Studios name, the Anthology wordmark, the three-rectangle primary mark, and the content and design of this site are the property of Anthology Studios LLC. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anthology Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of this site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of this site is the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
